For me, a folding screen is far more than a decorative object. It is an original work of art that can hide, reveal or highlight an interior space. I make each folding screen in my workshop using an exclusive process. Poetic and mysterious, every creation reflects my artistic universe, where I navigate the boundary between art and decoration.

Every folding screen I create is first and foremost a work of art. Both a sculpture and a painting, it can also decorate a wall like a canvas. I work with fibreglass and resin as artistic supports, adding pigments, powdered or leaf metals and other elements. Each personalised creation is an original and unique piece.

My folding screens can be used in private interiors and professional spaces. They can be displayed in shop windows, hair salons or fashion boutiques. Motherhood, myths, nature, my environment and my Mauritian roots with their vivid colours inspire my work. I also draw on my experiences and travels when I create. Through my work, I explore major human and social themes while navigating the boundary between art and decoration.
